江蘇如東海上風電柔性直流輸電示范項目
江蘇如(ru)東海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程是世界上電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級最高、輸(shu)送(song)(song)容量最大的(de)海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)送(song)(song)出(chu)工(gong)程,也是亞洲首個采用柔(rou)直(zhi)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術(shu)的(de)海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目,填補了國內海(hai)洋工(gong)程領域多個技術(shu)空白。工(gong)程投運后,年上網電(dian)(dian)(dian)量將達24億千瓦時,每年可節約(yue)標準煤約(yue)120萬(wan)噸(dun)、減排二氧化碳(tan)約(yue)300萬(wan)噸(dun)。
工程總裝機容量1100兆(zhao)瓦,配套建設兩座(zuo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上升壓站(zhan)、一(yi)座(zuo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上換(huan)(huan)流站(zhan)及一(yi)座(zuo)陸上換(huan)(huan)流站(zhan)。海(hai)(hai)(hai)上升壓站(zhan)通(tong)過220千(qian)伏(fu)交流海(hai)(hai)(hai)纜接入(ru)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上換(huan)(huan)流站(zhan),海(hai)(hai)(hai)上換(huan)(huan)流站(zhan)作為海(hai)(hai)(hai)上風電(dian)接入(ru)的交直(zhi)流變換(huan)(huan)核心單(dan)元,整流后通(tong)過±400千(qian)伏(fu)直(zhi)流海(hai)(hai)(hai)纜接入(ru)陸上換(huan)(huan)流站(zhan),再逆變為500千(qian)伏(fu)交流電(dian),并入(ru)江蘇(su)電(dian)網。
中(zhong)國(guo)西電(dian)(dian)集團(tuan)所屬變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器事業(ye)部為江蘇如東海(hai)上風電(dian)(dian)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)示范項目(mu)(mu)提(ti)供了(le)4臺500kV 410MVA對(dui)稱單極柔(rou)(rou)直(zhi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器、1臺500kV 40MVA站用變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器。該設(she)備作(zuo)為交直(zhi)流變(bian)(bian)化(hua)的(de)“核(he)心樞紐”,是交、直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系統中(zhong)的(de)整流、逆變(bian)(bian)兩端接口(kou)的(de)核(he)心設(she)備,其中(zhong),供貨(huo)的(de)500kV對(dui)稱單極柔(rou)(rou)直(zhi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是目(mu)(mu)前國(guo)內應用于海(hai)上風電(dian)(dian)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu)容量最大的(de)單相(xiang)柔(rou)(rou)直(zhi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,它的(de)投入(ru)和(he)安全(quan)運行是工程取得(de)發電(dian)(dian)效益(yi)的(de)關鍵(jian)和(he)重要保證。
本(ben)次供貨的換流(liu)變壓器具有容量大、局(ju)放低(di)(di)、損耗低(di)(di)、溫升低(di)(di)、噪(zao)聲小、結構(gou)緊湊、防腐等級(ji)高(gao)等特點,2021年(nian)12月(yue),產(chan)品通(tong)過國家級(ji)新產(chan)品鑒定,主要性能(neng)指標(biao)達到同類產(chan)品國際領(ling)先(xian)水平。

江蘇大豐H8—2海上風電項目
江蘇大豐(feng)H8—2海(hai)上(shang)風電項目(mu)位于江蘇省鹽城市大豐(feng)區毛竹沙北側海(hai)域,離岸最(zui)遠(yuan)距(ju)離超80千米,水(shui)深7.5至(zhi)20.9米,總裝機容(rong)量(liang)300兆瓦(wa),共安(an)裝58臺(tai)風機,其中(zhong)38臺(tai)單機容(rong)量(liang)4.5兆瓦(wa),20臺(tai)6.45兆瓦(wa),配套建設(she)一(yi)(yi)座陸(lu)上(shang)集控中(zhong)心、一(yi)(yi)座海(hai)上(shang)升(sheng)壓站和高抗站。
項目(mu)(mu)建成后可研年(nian)利用小時(shi)數近3000小時(shi),年(nian)上網發電量(liang)可達9億千瓦時(shi),滿(man)足約(yue)(yue)(yue)37萬戶家庭(ting)的正常用電需求。與同(tong)等規模的火電相比,項目(mu)(mu)每年(nian)可節約(yue)(yue)(yue)標準(zhun)煤約(yue)(yue)(yue)28萬噸,減少二(er)氧化碳排放(fang)約(yue)(yue)(yue)76萬噸,為優(you)化當地能(neng)源結構(gou)和今(jin)冬明春的電力保供再添利器,有效助力“碳達峰、碳中和”目(mu)(mu)標的實(shi)現。
中國西(xi)(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)集(ji)團所屬西(xi)(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)西(xi)(xi)(xi)變、西(xi)(xi)(xi)開電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣、西(xi)(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)套管為該項目(mu)提供三相抽能電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)(kang)器(qi)、組合電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)、油紙電(dian)(dian)(dian)容式套管等裝備。由于該項目(mu)離岸(an)最遠(yuan)距(ju)離超80千米,水深7.5至20.9米,普通(tong)(tong)交通(tong)(tong)船從碼頭(tou)行駛至風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場,單(dan)程需8小時左右(you)。考慮到遠(yuan)距(ju)離的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能輸送(song)(song),會造(zao)成海(hai)纜(lan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容效(xiao)應而導致的無功(gong)損(sun)耗。為了減少(shao)損(sun)耗,實(shi)現遠(yuan)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能高效(xiao)送(song)(song)出(chu),需要配置(zhi)帶新型抽能電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)(kang)器(qi)的海(hai)上高抗(kang)(kang)站。

廣東華電(dian)(dian)陽江青洲三海(hai)(hai)(hai)上風電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu)位于廣東省(sheng)陽江市(shi)陽西縣沙扒鎮附近(jin)(jin)海(hai)(hai)(hai)域,項目(mu)(mu)裝機容(rong)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)500兆瓦。作為(wei)(wei)國內首(shou)批近(jin)(jin)海(hai)(hai)(hai)深(shen)水區海(hai)(hai)(hai)上風電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu),每年可(ke)為(wei)(wei)社會提供(gong)清潔(jie)電(dian)(dian)能約15.5億度電(dian)(dian)、可(ke)節約標準(zhun)煤47.8萬(wan)噸、減少二氧化(hua)碳排放127萬(wan)噸、煙塵(chen)48.52噸。項目(mu)(mu)首(shou)批風機的成(cheng)功(gong)并網發電(dian)(dian),標志著國家(jia)在南海(hai)(hai)(hai)近(jin)(jin)海(hai)(hai)(hai)深(shen)水區海(hai)(hai)(hai)上風電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu)中的取得了(le)重要突破。
